Cornyn wants bioweapons included in negotiations with Assad

SAN ANTONIO - U.S. Senator John Cornyn is urging Secretary of State John Kerry to include bioweapons in the negotiations on disarming the Assad regime of chemical weapons.

Cornyn sent a letter to Kerry Friday.
